Our mission is to connect Alumni to Alumni and connect Alumni to HCA through…

• Connecting and developing stronger relationships between alumni, students, faculty, parents, and the community.
• Serving the student body and the community through mentoring, networking, fundraising, and involvement in school leadership and development.
• Honoring deserving students and alumni for their achievements.
• Continuing the Horizon mission to Win, Disciple, and Send young people in Jesus' name.

 GOALS

• 300 accurate contacts
• 200 alum attending Homecoming event
• Create a communication tool for all alumni to interact with each other and stay current on HCA news and events.
• All alumni we’re in contact with giving to HCA either with time, resources, or both.
• Establish contact with each HCA alumnus.
• Provide a bridge between current students and alumni
• Provide a means for alumni to keep in touch with former teachers
• Raise money for designated HCA projects
• Honor deserving alumni
