Golf - Boys & Girls

Team Participation Requirements:

 

Junior High Golf team is open to all 6th - 8th graders.

Athletic Participation Forms:  All forms must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian.
Athletic Physical:  A current athletic physical form must be on file with HCA Athletic Department.  Athletic physicals are valid for one year from the date of the physical.
Fees:  $50 athletic participation fee (per sport).  Once Student-Athlete makes the team, the fee is non-refundable.
Equipment: Clubs are available for both boys and girls, right and left handed.  Equipment cost is approximately $3 per practice to cover range golf balls.
