Team Participation Requirements:

 

Tryouts:  Tryouts will be held November 14-18 from 3:15-5:15pm. 
Athletic Participation Forms:  All forms must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian.
Athletic Physical:  A current athletic physical form must be on file with HCA Athletic Department.  Athletic physicals are valid for one year from the date of the physical.
Fees:  $150 athletic participation fee (per sport) plus Spirit Pack (approximately $100, dependent on sport).  Once Student-Athlete makes the team, the fee is non-refundable.
